Import AI Conversations and Memories
Move useful AI history, memories, plans, drafts, and decisions into Losi so they can become working context.
Start with ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini exports.
Most people have useful work scattered across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, documents, and notes. Importing gives Losi more context to work from instead of making every new chat start from zero.
Use the importer when you have saved memories, exported conversations, research threads, project plans, or drafts that should become part of your Losi workspace.
What to import
- Saved memories, custom instructions, or preference summaries from another assistant.
- Project planning chats, research threads, brainstorms, and decision logs.
- Drafts for emails, posts, school work, business plans, trip plans, or family logistics.
- Any conversation where the useful context would be annoying to recreate manually.
Start at the importer
Open the import page
Go to /import and choose the source assistant you are replacing or consolidating.
Use the best export available
If the source can produce portable JSON, use that first. If it cannot, use the text summary prompt and paste the result for preview.
Preview before saving
Review imported memories and conversations before they become Losi context.
Ask Losi what to do next
After import, ask Losi to summarize the themes, find open loops, extract tasks, or turn a thread into a project plan.
For collaborative work, ask Losi to create a Space for friends, family, classmates, teammates, or coworkers, then move the useful notes and tasks there.
- What decisions did these conversations already settle?
- What tasks, deadlines, or unanswered questions are still open?
- What should become a note, task, or shared Space?
- What context should Losi remember when helping with this work later?
